We know you'll be satisfied with your product, but if for some unlikely reason you do find that your product is faulty you can choose to receive a replacement or a full refund. Just contact us as soon as you can so that we can organise your return for you. Of course, products must be returned within 30 days and in the same condition as they were received.
If you would like to exchange your product please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so that we can approve your return. We cannot offer a straight exchange so your order will need to be returned before the exchange is approved. Please note we do not cover return shipping for exchanges.
